Tablets nextbook what is this difference than Ipad

What is the difference in the cheaper models Tablets and Nextbook I just saw on HSN for 199 vs the 400 Ipad can you still add apps andget on line and such sorry I am so whenit comes to these electronics. Please help

Basically, with these things, you get what you pay for.. Normally, the cheaper tablets have sluggish performance and the quality of the apps is not quite there. The closest thing would maybe be the Nook Color ($249) This is an ereader with web browsing ability. The other thing might be a Samsung Galaxy tablet but that's $400 minimum. Or an iPod touch might work.

ipods dont go down it's the curse of apple until the new one comes out and then the old one will be discounted 50 to a max of 100$ and that's it, the best deals are usually the buy this and get a gift card with it or going with the apple referbished site... same warrenty cheaper price (by 50$ i believe on the ipad) i've bought some referb and they have looked brand new.
