Is this only for AP holders now? I had an AP when I bought one last year, but I swear at the time pass holders just got a better rate. But I am now only seeing TIW mentioned in conjunction with APs. For this trip, I just bought 10 day tickets. Does this mean I can't buy TIW?

Correct. TIW is only for current AP holders.

It's for Florida Residents, DVC Members and AP Holders. DVC Members and AP Holders get a $25 discount ($125 to $100).

AFAIK it has always been Florida Residents, Passholders, and DVCMembers (I think they were even only recently added ~ in the past 5 years or so).
