Is it worth getting an annual pass and then joining Tables in Wonderland to save on restaurant costs? We are a group of 9 not on the DDP and will eat a few nice meals (Cal. Grill, Artists Point, Le Cellier, Ohana's) and Cindy's Breakfast and Boma Breakfast and the rest counter service. We'll be there 6 nights. Anyone used this as a way to save on dining costs? Thanks for your help, getting nervous about the dining bills for 9!

TIW saved enough money to justify buying an AP. The discount on meals/drinks and parking made both the AP and TIW card good buys for us.


Check a few menus on allears.net and add up the cost of a few meals--take the 20% discount and do the math. Add $14 per day parking if you are staying offsite, too.

Given your circumstances, 9 persons eating TS restaurants on a regular basis for 6 nights, you should have no problems getting TIW to pay for itself.

If you didn't know already, there are only nine CS restaurants that accept TIW so you may not be able to use it for a lot of CS.

You should do the math for yourself though, unless you plan to make another trip and use the TIW again within a year. There's also the cost for someone to get an annual pass.

The TiW card is $75 for AP holders. Once you've spent $375 on TS or permitted CS, you have repaid your investment.

Even without alcoholic beverages, you will spend no less than $30 per person at a TS meal. For nine people ($30 x 9), you will have spent $270 after one meal. By the second meal you will be into savings!
