Just browsing the passholder section online, can anyone confirm if Le Cellier and Citrico's still accept this discount?

We're hoping for the Chef's Domaine at Citrico's, I assume this still qualifies??

Are there any other restrictions I should know about, or does the discount apply at any time?

they are still on my list .......I have the DDE card which will expire in May. SO hopefully they are still with the discount........Some of the restaurants have not been posted yet.....

Cool stuff,
We're hoping to make ressies (now at 90 days out!!) whilst we are at WDW for our wedding, but it's not until October, so I'm hoping the discounts will still apply at these 2 places in particular by then!

Citrico's was on the list at the begining of Dec. Nothing about Chef's domaine, though....

I just received my new card last week and Citricos is on the list as is Le Cellier

Citricos Chef's Domain and V&A Chef's Table do not take the TIW discount
The regular dining room at V&A's does

Hmmm that's annoying, coz isn't it the same menu, just a private room?

No it isn't - Citricos Chef's Domain is primarily a place similar to V&A's Chef's table where the chef will make different dishes for the party dining there.
Where it differs is that there is a minimum $ that they will charge. I don't have the current info but a few years ago it was something like $600 for up to 10 or 12 people and you would still be charged $600 even if only two people dined there

Edited to add the following

I just checked on WDW's site and here is what it says
"For a unique dining experience, reserve The Chef's Domain for a special 6-course meal in a private dining room that seats up to 12 Guests. Two seatings in The Chef's Domain are available Wednesday through Saturday; reserve early."

Here is what Frommers says about it
"The Chef's Domain offers an experience similar to the Chef's Table at Victoria & Albert's, but beware: Citricos won't piece together a group. You have to pay the full $650 sticker price (ouch!) for the table whether there are 2 or 12 in your party."

From the main part of this board WDWinfo.com
"A minimum purchase of $650 non inclusive of tax and gratuity is required."

I've been told we can just eat from the normal Citrico's menu, so in that case perhaps we could use the discount card?
I think I'll have to ask and see, i just don't want to hear the wrong answer :rotfl:

I think you need to contact them directly or email disney at wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com for verification on the Chef's Domain. I have never heard of anyone being able to dine there and order off the regular menu unless it was a night that the area wasn't reserved and they used it for overflow when the main dining room was full. Or if some people wanted something off the regular menu but you still get charged the $$$ for reserving the Chef's Domain
