Tables in Wonderland- thoughts for 2024?

I doubt the separate card will come back, however I could see Disney increasing the discount percentage for high end annual passes if reservations are slow, or maybe offering a Disney+ discount.
I remember at times there would be a set window where a select number of restaurants had a much higher percentage off. They do the same for CMs or at least they used to, we used DD 40% off a few times. This would make much more sense with almost zero effort on Disney's part.

After seeing AP's open and the 2024 DDP announcement , I personally would love to see Tables in Wonderland come back. Does anyone have any insight?
We are local residents (Celebration, FL) and had been TIW members for years. We used to spend 12-15k a year at participating restaurants (as I'd see every year on my Amex annual summary). The 20% off discount, including alcohol, made it worth it for us to dine on property regularly, since the cost on property is significantly higher than local restaurants. The discount made the high cost of a dinner at Disney more palatable. The addition of free valet parking made it a no-brainer. Since they've abandoned the program we very rarely dine on property, usually only when people are visiting. I know that we're not the only locals that have done the same. I feel sorry for the servers and valet attendents as I'm sure this has impacted their income. While we still are annual passholders, the former regime under Chapek definitely alienated the locals. Bringing back TIW would definitely be an olive branch offering.

We had TIW for years and always felt it was a great value - and yes, because of it, we tended to spend more on property. I emailed TIW in February 2021 asking about renewals. The response was what you'd expect. (email is: WDW.Tables.In.Wonderland@Disney.com)

I don’t see it returning, unfortunately. With restaurants booked to capacity, why would Disney give away the discount? The discount on alcohol was particularly attractive. It doesn't seem like Disney has a problem pushing alcohol sales without it. We still hope it comes back, but have no expectations of seeing it ever again.

Had TiW for years and LOVED it. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see any reason for Disney to bring it back.

I'm in the it's gone for good category.
I'd love to be wrong and have no particular insight other than gut
I was never in the group that thought AP's were gone for good, I was 10000% sure they'd return. No way was Disney going to be the only theme park (practically) that had no pass
I was certain room discounts would return, though they never left honestly. Other than Christmas week, I've never in over 10 years of 5, 6 trips a year, not gotten a room discount.
Dining Plan, 100% sure it would return because Disney makes a lot of money on it. They've tricked guests in to thinking it's a bargain and it is NOT. Disney makes money on it, that's why it's back. Not because it is a loss point.
TiW I'm afraid was a loss point. That discount on TS along with alcohol was big. We always saved more than the card cost. I'm guessing majority of other card holders did too. Disney lost money on TiW as a whole, I'm betting. That is why it is very unlikely to return.
If it does, it would be at such an increase it is unlikely to be worth it.
Disney is only offering things that benefit Disney
