Tables in Wonderland Questions

I plan on getting the TiW card on my next trip to WDW in October (I'll also be getting the AP, so I can get it!) I have two questions:

1) Where do I buy it?

2) If I'm the cardholder, do I have to pay for the meal as well, or can another person in my party pay? We'll probably be rotating who pays, so I wanted to check.

1) You can buy it wherever you buy your AP.

2) Anyone can pay as long as you're in the party. They may ask to see your AP if you're not paying.
