If a person has a TiW card and adds another one for his spouse will the 2 cards discount more than 10 people in the same party? Suppose we are divided into 2 or more tables. Could we use the 2 cards to discount the entire group up to 20 people?

No. The intent of the second card is if the two people are eating at different restaurants, or that for some reason they are traveling separately. It is considered one membership and so both cannot be used at the same meal in one restaurant.

Ok, thanks. That's what I figured. My sis & bil are the only current AP holders in our group. They have TiW & were thinking they could add a 2nd card to share the discount with all of us on a big family trip next year. Oh well! Thanks for the speedy response.

I agree with Cheshire Figment on the reasoning. Membership for the passholder is $75, and the additional card for the spouse is $50.

But, if you're both passholders, both of you can purchase separate individual memberships at $75 per card. That way, both of you can cover up to 10 guests per card and that should work.

Exactly - they could purchase separate memberships for not that much more.

I don't know if you'll actually have 20 people, but if you only have say, 14, make sure to have the diners with the cheapest food/drinks be the non-discounted ones. Meaning, if you have four kids ordering kids meals, don't count them as one of the ten discounted diners. Figure out if the extra people will eat enough/spend enough to justify the second card. Once you do that math you can decide if the second card will be worth it.

If you really have twenty or more (how fun!) and most or all will eat adult meals or like adults, you will probably do best to get the second membership. (I'm sure my comments are obvious to most, but thought I would mention it just in case.)

If you already have the second card it is worth a try, the worst they can do is tell you no. I wouldn't buy the extra card for this purpose.
