Tables in Wonderland Question

I know this has probably been answered some place but I could find it.

Can you order the Tables in Wonderland discount card if you have and Annual Pass voucher?

I have had an AP and a DDE card previously but they both just expired and I'm not renewing my AP. I'm just going to get a new AP in April and wanted to get the Tables in Wonderland card again. I just wasn't sure if you could order the Tables in Wonderland card with the AP voucher. Or can I get the Tables in Wonderland card at WDW after the AP Voucher is activated?

From what I read yes. But its also my understanding that when you order it (you give them your voucher number) and its active as of that date, unlike your voucher that is active the date your turn it in for your AP. It looks like you can get the DDE cards when you arrive at the parks the first day. But of course this is all from the info I gathered this morning when researching it myself.

Just get your TiW at Guest Services when you get there. It takes about 5 minutes and then will last 13 months from then. You can also get it from the GS at DTD.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if you could do that. I didn't want to wait till we get there then find out I had to order it before we arrive. We probably will be going to MK our first afternoon/evening after arriving. Can I get it at Guest Services at MK? I guess technically I could get both my Annual Pass and TiW card both at the same time at the MK guest services, is that correct?

You have to go to guest services at the parks to purchase it by showing them your actual annual pass. So when I go to guest services with my annual pass vouchers to activate them, I'll purchase our TIW card at the same time.

You have to go to guest services at the parks to purchase it by showing them your actual annual pass. So when I go to guest services with my annual pass vouchers to activate them, I'll purchase our TIW card at the same time.

We did this in May. I really don't like the idea of the voucher why give your money before you need to. I always have the funds for payment ready, but put it on the Disney Visa, pay off in full and keep my money in an interest bearing account in the meantime.

we still bought our ap earlier then our trip.......well it was the voucher and it was activated when we went thru the gates...Then we walked over to guest services and got our DDE or T in W.......Voucher is good from that point on also...it was so easy compared to getting and waiting for the old DDE at our home before our trip......

My DDE card is valid through the end of July, so I'm hoping that I don't need to redo the process and now get a TiW card when I arrive in Feb. Also is it now possible to exchange your AP voucher for AP at MK GS or do you still need to go to TTC to exchange it for MK. I know Epcot is easy at the IG, but I don't want to have to arrive at MK, then take the ferry/monorail back to TTC, then come back over to MK. Any help?

I think you can do this at any guest services. There is one at each park as well as DTD.

Todd, you can just buy the dining card at the same time you exchange the vouchers for the APs at any of the Guest Relations outside the parks or Downtown Disney. I haven't seen what the new card will look like yet.

Your DDE card will work until its expiration date. All Disney did was change the name to avoid confusion with the DDP.

You should be able to exchange your AP at MK GS without any problem.

At WDW presently, we just picked up our APs and the dining card this week, both at the same time at the customer service booth at the entrance to Epcot's International Gateway

You don't have to order the TinW card you can just get it at Guest Services when you arrive. It will be good for 13 months from that date. From what I understand all you have to have is a valid AP to purchase the card. I haven't had to show the AP when using the card just, at times, valid picture ID.

This is a good question since the TinW card is valid for 13 months and you don't have to purchase it with the AP. We bought ours a few days later.
