Can you purchase TiW at the resort desks, or only at the parks and DTD?

Last year when we purchased our TIW card we had to do it at a park or DTD. I haven't seen posted anywhere that this policy has changed. If you are stay CL at a resort, I believe you may be able to buy them there.

Resorts generally do not have the proper card stock to print TiW. It's on a different stock than tickets, and can't be placed on the KTTW stock like tickets can.

I was able to buy one two weeks ago at the Beach Club concierge desk.

This isn't about KTTW plastic cards, but...while I got my TIW card on the right paper, my cousin got hers on *ticket* paper! Made it a real pain for her to differentiate it from their APs. I guess CMs in guest relations/services actually have to change the paperstock to the TIW paper, but they don't always remember to do it.
