It is a discount dining (with paid membership) and special event dining program for Annual Passholders and or Florida Residents.

we go to Disney two or three times a year and this is a big discount on our restaurant choices and also at Port Orleans French Quarter or Movies resorts that we usually go to.

One of the perks I have not seen mentioned is that when you dine at a resort the TiW card will get you free valet parking. We almost paid for the card last July with just this savings.
