If I have a group of twelve at dinner, can I use the card for just ten people and then pay full price for the other two?

If you have children in your group who will be ordering children's meals, make them the ones you pay the full price for.

Do all the meals need to be on one check? Since I have the TIW card, do I have to pay?

If you will be the only member of the party with a TIW card, then no you can't apply the discount on more than one check.

If there is another party member with a TIW card, then you split the bill in two and have the TIW discount apply to everyone.

But if it's just 1 TIW card, then expect to pay full price for two meals.

Yes the bill comes all on one check. With a group that large I would tell everyone to make sure they have cash with them to cover their portions of the meal. There is no way I personally would be paying for 10 people at Disney prices even with the TIW.
