Tables in Wonderland Card

If I am on the dinning plan, can I use the card to purchase additional apps and drinks, or is it one or the other.

I've used mine with no problems while using DDP.

Anything you order off-plan will be on a separate bill and TIW can be applied to that at a participating restaurant.
