Tables in Wonderland Card ?

I am crunching numbers and am considering getting an AP and a TIW card
Can it be used in conjunction with the DDP?
So if we order some adult drinks and/or items that aren't on the plan like an appetizer or what not - can I apply my TIW discount to the cash portion of my bill?
