Tables in Wonderland at the All-Stars

So, we have just booked 2 nights at the All-Stars for our upcoming June/July vacation and we are thinking about using TiW for the first time.

I realize TiW is accepted at the All-Star Food Courts. Do we get the 20% on anything we buy at the food courts or only if we are buying a meal ?
For example, if we buy a snack or a desset or a bottle of juice, would the 20%discount still apply ? And same question applies for Animal Kingdom since I understand TiW is also accepted there.

Also - does anyone know if thre is a July 4th block out for using TiW /

TiW applies to all food court items at the values. It does NOT apply to all AK eateries.

at the value food courts, they even give you the discount if you buy a bottle of wine!

(altho not during a black out period!)
