Tables in Wonderland and Fantasmic Dinner Package

Does anyone know if the Tables in Wonderland card can be used toward the purchase of the Fantasmic Lunch/Dinner package at HS?

Where does it say that it can't? I noticed all 3 restaurants are included.

The restaurants are included, but the special package is not. Same with the Candlelight Processional packages.
