Well another TS is needed in HS and that is a good place but I am from Kansas City and every place in WDW that serves barbeque should be ashamed to call it barbeque.
I thought they should have opened up another sit-down restaurant when they opened Toy Story Land---wonder if they were just running out of time. Any word on when they anticipate this to open? Maybe in time for the 50th anniversary. This could have been helpful to have open in time for Star Wars this fall to help absorb the crowds.
Yea but they need to make it a TS character dinner

Just so you know Flametree is supposed to be Memphis but I do not trust them. BTW Memphis barbeque is pretty good.I hear ya. I'm from Memphis, so bbq is usually a no-go anywhere else (well, except KC, TX, NC - you know, BBQ places!). Flametree even smells decent...but I just can't bring myself to do it.
Flame Tree and Whispering Canyon are the only BBQ-centric places on property that I can think of, so I'm glad to see another option. We are big BBQ fans and while Disney BBQ isn't the best we've ever had, we do enjoy it more than some other fares on property. A better option than the standard salad or burger. And at least its not another Italian!
I live in NC with access to one of the BBQ pit master championship restaurants...and Flame tree is delicious and pretty darn close.
