Table service in World Showcase where you can view Illuminations?

someone told me there's a place where they open up the windows so you can see Illuminations if you have a late ADR but they couldn't remember the name. ??? I'm not interested in seeing Illuminations but just curious since I didn't know the answer on this one.

You can catch a great viewing from the outside seating area of the Rose & Crown in the UK/Epcot.
