Table Service for picky eaters

We're on the regular dining plan and I'm trying to make reservations for dinner. CM and CP aren't available for dinner during our stay. We booked 'Ohana for breakfast. What other restaurants do you recommend for dinner? My boys (7 & 5) are picky eaters.

Where are you staying? And what is "picky"? What will they/won't they eat? Since your trip is so close I'd go through and see what you CAN get and look up menus on allears.net

We'll be at POFQ. They'll eat chicken, pizza, pbj's, burgers. The youngest will eat pasta, but my oldest is reluctant to try new things.

I would say most of the buffets would be good.

We have pickey eaters that mainly like plain food. Like chicken, mashed potatoes, mac&cheese, and more. So if this is up your alley, I have a few recommendations.

Liberty Tree Tavern for Dinner is great for us. Kids like the turkey, ham, and beef they serve along with mac&cheese, greenbeans, mashed potatoes. Ask fo the ham w/o the sauce they put on it.

One of our favorites is Cape May Cafe at Beach Club. It has a variety of foods for everyone and is a buffet. The thing we love about it is it has plenty of plain food for our pickey eaters and it has a great fresh salad bar with great tasting soups.

Rose & Crown - Kids like the fish & Chips. Go figure! if your kids like pot roast they have a great Sunday Roast, just ask to sub. mashed potatoes instead roasted potatoes.

Le Cellier (Lunch Only) or Captains Grill is good, Our kids like steak and Fries! Nice and plain works for us and pretzel bread at Le Cellier.

They also like Whispering Canyon Cafe, plain carnivor food and mashed potatoes again!

Espn Club and the Big River Grill & Brew Works! Suprising but you can get nice plain food for the pickey eaters here to.

We are trying the trails end restaurant this trip, I assume they will have the food the family likes.

Also DD doesn't like most of the desserts offered so we always ask for vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. Most of the time she gets it!!

Hope this has helped!

:yay:

If it's the kids that are picky, then you can eat at any TS restaurant on property. The kids menus are pretty similar almost everywhere, and they all have some form of a basic chicken, burger, pizza, etc.

50's Prime Time at DHS has homestyle food and offers fried chicken, roast beef, and PB & J milkshakes. Sci Fi Dine In also at DHS has similar American food that they would like. Liberty Tree Tavern in the MK also has family style dining with food they should find appealing. You can look at menus here on the dining link or at allears.net. I liked Boma and I am rather picky and they did have a variety that kids would like. For pizza try Via Napoli at EPCOT. You can order pasta or something else. They might like California Grill as it offers flatbread, which is a fancy pizza. What about Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge? It is supposed to be geared toward kids and they have pony races for the kids and other games during meal. It's also supposed to be good luck or tradition to rub Humphrie's nose (the bottom bear on the totem pole). Wash your hands after, you don't want to think about where his nose has been, ewww! :scared1:Just sayin':rolleyes1
