Table Service Deposits

What restaurants are you required to put down a deposit when scheduling your ADR's. We have a 7 day trip scheduled for September and will need to start my reservations soon. Also are there any that are must do's We will be staying at the Beach Club....We will be on the DDP with one quick and one table a day so don't know if the signatures are really worth 2 table services. plus we will have or kids with us....Really not big on Buffets too ... Thanks in advance...

There are no "deposits" if by that you mean partial payment required at booking.

You either pay for the meal in full (in the case of CRT or dinner shows) when you book it, or you put down a credit card that will be charged only if you don't show up for your reservation and you don't cancel it on time. There are about 20 restaurants that require this.

For most restaurants, you need neither, and do not have to use a credit card for booking at all.
