Table Names: Disney Characters!

My fiance wants to name the tables after Disney characters. I don't want to just put "mickey mouse" or "belle" on a table sign...any ideas of what we could do?

you could add clipart image/picture of each character and/or you could add your names and date. I am sure there are some other ideas out there...good luck with your plans

What about doing a Character Theme table...like for Minnie Mouse you could use red/white pokadot accets. For Cinderella, a glass slipper and a spool of thread...just a thought.

I love this idea! If you wanted to keep it in one color family or theme you could choose one movie (like Cinderella) and do a different character for each table or limit it to princesses or animal characters or something like that.

We used the original rides from Disneyland. Why not use lesser known characters and have a fact sheet about them at the table.

We didn't do characters but other pictures and we made them all Black and White and then the actual name was in our wedding color and a nice script. There is a picture somewhere in my blog.

We did character table names at each table and added a pic to the name cards.

I also used quotes from the movies and put them around the table
heres a pic..

I can't find any of the smaller quote cards...

My daughter is thinking of doing this also. We thought of going to a Scrapbook store and getting the page decorations of the characters she decides to use and then finding inexpensive picture frames and using them to frame each character.

Oh well! I like the picture idea with the name on the table.
