We are a family of 4 who have friends going the same week as us (also a family of 4). We want to have one breakfast together while we're there. Can we get a table for 8 at CRT or will we be split into 2 tables for 4? How about at PSB in Norway?

You will probably get two tables for 4 next to each other. We have had that at both CRT and PSB. Once at PSB we had two long tables next to each other and the second time square tables with one person on each side and the same for PSB. Either one is great experience. You would have a much better chance at sitting one long table at Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, 1900 Park Faire or Breakfastasourus. We have been seated at all of these places at one large table. Have fun whatever you decide.

Thanks for the quick reply! We've done both breakfasts, but the other family has never been to WDW. They really want to do a Princess meal (not the Cinderella dinner because we want a variety of princesses.) This is the only "definite" time that we plan to meet so I'd hate for us to be separated.

Yes, while you wont be guaranteed to be seated together, chances are you will be next to each other. And you can always request this again upon checking in. We did CRT with a party of 7 and we got 2 tables. A booth type seat on 1 side(for 4 seats), then 4 chairs on the other side of the tables. There were technically 2 tables, but we were so close that we even let the kids all sit at 1 table, with the 3 adults at the next. You should be fine. :D
