Table decor(Pics)

We are having an Intimate ceremony at Sunset Pointe followed by dinner at O'Hana's for 8 to 10 people, where we will be moving our cake.

I was just wondering if I could have someone put these decorations on the table before we get there.

I also want these place cards placed at everyone's seat.

and these favors placed at everyone's seat. The sugarcubes will be in small light blue bags tied with silver ribbon. (Cinderella colors) The candles will stand alone at everyone's seat too.

I would also like our toasting glasses placed at our seats.

Is this doable?--my sister already said that if it allowed, she will handle getting everything to the restaurant and setting everything up. I just want the table to look nice.

According to my wedding coordinator if you have under 3 gifts/decorations per table it's not a problem at all. If you have more than 3 then it costs $ to have someone set it up for you. I don't think they'll let a family member set things up.

We had our cake moved from the GF to Citrico's (mind you, the restaurant was in the same resort) as well as our place cards and favors. It wasn't a problem. We carried our toasting flutes with us, as we were gulping down the champagne .

We worked with the Mgr. and it wasn't a problem at all. Just make sure you check with your EM and the Mgr. at the restaurant. I don't see how it would be a big deal....

Wow that cake is stunning.

I was wondering about this to as I have made pretty large favour bags up for our 6 guests and was wondering if the WP would handle this. We are going to o'Hana also.

I am bringing in all my own decor also, my wedding cor. said its not a problem to have things put on the tables. She said to either have them fully assembled or easily assembled and a CM will do it. If they need any help they will pull in a bridesmaid/family member during the cocktail hour (pre-reception) to help set them out, but said it would be no charge either way.

Congrats hun everything looks amazing, and don't worry about it Disney is very into details and they want to make sure that your day is going to be great. There won't be any problem getting your items moved to O'hanas.
