TA says codes aren't in system yet?

I am going crazy! We are booked for 8/22-30 and want to get our dining for free plus add a night with our savings. My TA at Liberty Travel is out of town til Thursday and someone else said they look into it when I called. She later called me back and said that the codes must not be in their system because it shows no availability for any resort. What should I do? She said she will check it again later today(will be out tommorrow) and if not my agent will be back on Thursday. Are we going to miss out on free dining?
 
unless every resort has sold out already, which I doubt, you should be able to add the code to your reservation and get the free dining.

I would call CRO yourself and make a new ressie if you can, and if there is no penalty, cancel w/ your TA. If they can't figure out what to do, then why are you using them?
 
It's not ridiculous. They know what they are doing, and they are so large that they have huge buying power and blocks of rooms. I used to work for them. They have their own allotment of rooms, and someone at headquarters will be changing the system. Since it is showing no availability yet, but it sounds like rooms are there, they are working on it. I wouldn't worry too much. The DIS is such a small part of WDW guests. No way will the entire promo sell out in a couple of days.
