TA having trouble getting room discount applied

My TA called Disney who said beach club not included in room discounts . Can't find offer on Disney website to confirm this. I figured I wouldn't get it applied since there wouldn't be many room available for offer so maybe this is what she meant. Does anyone know if beach clubs included or where I can verify! TIA

You might want to ask on the Resorts board, sub board for Discounts. And include more specifically what particular offer you are trying to book.

It is possible that all the discounted rooms at Beach Club are already sold out for whatever offer it is. They limit the number of rooms available for discounts.

I swear that I saw the offer on the Disney website this morning but now I cannot find it. Not every resort is included and even some of the resorts that are included have very limited availability. My brother wanted to apply the offer to his CSR stay but the only rooms available were King bed rooms and executive suites.

According to Mousesavers, BC is included but only at a discount of up to 20% (compared to other deluxes which are up to 30% off of the rack rate).

Also from Mousesavers, the following are excluded:

"Villas at Grand Floridian, Bay Lake Tower, Little Mermaid rooms at Art of Animation Resort, All-Star Movies, Port Orleans French Quarter, campsites and 3-bedroom villas."​

I booked marked it at 6 am. I can still pull it up but when you click on the link to select dates it only ends up going to the spring promo. Also I just spend 35 minutes on hold. Twice. Got disconnected the first time. I was told the only promotion is the spring promotion and the next promotion won't be out until June 15th and to call back then. The person would not even price other hotels for me. Thought that was a bit odd but she just kept pressing that I have the best deal with the free memory maker 150.00 savings.

Don't waste your time with a travel agent; just do it yourself. They aren't getting any better deals than you can get and cutting out the middle man will help..

So I just got off the phone after waiting for 30+ minutes because I'm staying in August while the promotion is going on. I was told I was eligible for 20% because I'm staying at a Value (15%) for 6 nights (extra 5%).. When I questioned the ticket discount, and read word for word the email I received today, she just said "Ma'am, you're receiving 20%.. sorry you feel it is misleading." I have never been unhappy after getting off the phone with a Disney CSR.

Not gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed. The email is totally misleading when it comes to the tickets... I'm debating if I should call back and ask another CSR? If any of you get updates regarding the room/tickets please let me know!
