TA for ADRs?

I'm wondering if I should use my TA (Dreams Unlimited) for ADRs. Any experiences with that? On the one hand, I wouldn't have to fool with it. On the other, of course, I know it would be done.

We're not looking for anything extraordinary like Cindy's. I figure the toughest ticket would be a CP package (early Dec) and even there we want Marrakesh which I'd think should get us at least some margin for error.

We used Dreams Unlimited- Stacy. She did all our ADRs. They were done ASAP and she got everything we wanted at the exact times. Actually, she was able to book them at 91 days out! I would have no concerns. They have always been on top of things! She then forwarded me a copy of the confirmations from Disney that day. It was perfect and I didn't have to do or worry about a thing! Good luck.

When we went last year, DU did our ADRs, as it was easier than having to sit on the phone at 7am to make them myself. For next year's trip, we booked through AAA and will probably book my own ADRs as I can (hopefully) do it online. I've heard people can be concerned that if a restaurant is not available, they need to make a quick decision about trying for a different time, or a different restaurant. I guess it's up to you. When DU did mine, I gave them a time range for each meal, and they were within that range every time. I had no concerns about them. And if what the PP said is true, that they can book 91 days out, they'll be able to get everything you want, probably better than you could. Good luck!

Our TA offered to make our ADRs but I decided to do them myself in case we couldn't get what we wanted and had to go with an alternative day/time. We don't have Hoppers which made it more complicated and I knew what my daughter would prefer for her 3 year old. I called at 7AM, got thru right away and got every ADR that we wanted just not on the day I had originally planned on.
