I heard today that prices on T-shirts at WDW will be going up by $2 to $4 per shirt due to the increase in the price of cotton. Just a heads up for those planning their souvenir budgets.

It's not worth it unless the quality of the shirts go up. I had a hard time finding a decent shirt for each of the kids in December.

Most of what I saw was way too thin and wouldn't even last one season.

I can affirm with authority that cotton prices are increasing. My husband works in the linen business and it's a big concern right now. It's kind of off topic but expect lots of ripples from this. My husband's company launders and provides hospital linens so you can expect increases on hospital stays as it will be more expensive to even provide linens which includes everything from hospital gowns to washcloths to doctor's smocks. It is a big concern.

By the way, for those of you who like to make your own shirts, you can now do that online through the online Disney Store or through Zazzle. Just be careful--I had to reorder a couple of my shirts because they were a smaller fit than I ordered.

The shirts are so much thinner now, it is not worth it. We never buy shirts in Disney anymore.

They have been offering this for years. We have done it several times - the quality can be sketchy, though.
