T-shirt design Neverland theme?

Could anyone design a t-shirt for my daughters 4th birthday? I am having a Pixies and Pirates party with a Neverland theme. Her name is Karina and Tinkerbell is her favorite, of course. No hurry, party is in February. I would greatly appreciate anything.
