I made reservations for lunch at T-rex but kind of don't want to feel wedded to Disney Springs if it is a good pool day. How hard is it to get a lunch reservation for walk-ins (3 people)? Thanks!

Call same day. Not hard. Or get a Landry's card.

Call TRex and make the reservation. They don't require a cc hold, so can cancel day-of if need be. Or, as PP suggested, get the Landry's Select Card and get preferred seating whenever you show up.

We have a Landry card and always walk right in. It doesn’t matter how many people are in front of us.
