T Rex

We have done the Rainforest Café before and loved it. Just thinking about trying T Rex instead this coming trip.

How is it? Lots of food that my kind of picky kids will like?

The menu is very similar to Rainforest Cafe. Burgers, ribs, steak, chicken, pasta, etc.... Kid's menu is really diverse...one of the best at Disney World. They should have no problems finding something to eat there.

The service was TERRIBLE when we wen there for lunch on our last trip (Nov 14). The food is Applebee's quality. The kids barely ate anything because they were so distracted by all the dinosaurs and lights/colors changing. We probably won't go back.

We just did TRex for the first time in February. The food is about the same as RFC although it seemed a little better quality than our last visit to RFC. The kids menu has a lot of options. We had really good service and the chef we dealt with (for food allergies) was great as well. Everyone did warn me that it's very loud in this restaurant, which it is, but it didn't bother me.

If you liked Rainforest Cafe, then you will more than likely enjoy TRex as well, they are very similar in their menus. Definitely lots of choice for the picky eaters as well.
