T-Rex or Rainforest for better non-burger choices?

There are several different versions of the RFC menu for DTD, so I'm not sure which is the correct one. Trying to decide between T-Rex and RFC for lunch, and looking for a sampler type meal with ribs, steak, shrimp. Not really into burgers, salads, etc. Anyone know if both menus are pretty much the same? Can you add ribs or shrimp as an add on with no extra charge on the deluxe dining plan? Thanks!
