T-Rex - not offered on DDP?

Last trip we had the dining plan and we ate at T-Rex but it was a split stay and we may have done it during the second half. This trip, I tried to book it and was told it isn't offered on the DDP. Does anyone have any idea if it might be? My son liked it but not enough to pay OOP I don't think.
