T-Rex: is it really loud?

Are the dinosaurs in T-Rex really loud?? Is it really dark? Thanks

We went in November '08 & really enjoyed it, but it is loud. I'd read on the DIS that the Ice Room was quieter than the other rooms, so that's where we requested to be seated . It did get loud when the meteor showers hit, sort of like when it storms at Rainforest Cafe. There aren't any dinosaurs in the Ice Room, so maybe that's why it seemed (slightly) quieter. It was a fun dinner for our family

Wow we ate in the Ice Room and I thought it was really loud - we were there the day it opened - was that October? Anyway it was loud and the lighting in there was somewhat annoying - there was one color when you really couldn't see anything on your menu.

We had a booth in the very back of the restaurant. It wasn't too bad back there. Obviously louder when the meteor shower happened. I took my 20 month old for a walk while waiting for our entrees and it was noticeably a lot louder in the front of the restaurant, partially I think because of the people waiting and chatting but also because of the Build A Dino area.

We ate in the Ice Room - I don't remember it being loud but the changing color of the lights was odd and we had no idea what our food really looked like. Ds took a picture with flash to see his.
