T-Rex anyone?

More planning this week

T-REX restaurant at DD anyone done it?

My family love Rain forest cafe, we usually visit two or three times during one trip

I googled it and it looks great, how noisey is it? Anymore noisey than the RFC thunder storms?

I think if you like RFC you will like T-Rex.
We went in a few days after it opened just to have a look around, certainly not somewhere we would eat, way too busy and noisy, kids screaming. just the volume of people making so much noise, 5 mins looking in the shop and I had to go stand outside(I know I am getting old and miserable)
If you have young kids I am sure its a great place.

We went in here and didnt find it to be busy or noisy?? We got ther at about 3pm and were seated straight away!! The meteor shower is actually quieter than the rfc we loved it !! The food is gorgeous but is expensive !! This was the most expensive meal of our trip. How old are your twins? my 2 yr old thought it was fab !!

When we called it was probably around 8-9pm, busiest time of day. We always eat around 7-8pm, couldn't eat any earlier than that. If you can eat 3-4pm I sure its quieter. It was also just after opening date so they were packed out.

Price is also other reason I won't eat there, I am too tight

Hiya, Isabelle & William are just one, they will be 1 1/2 when we go.

They've been to the RFC in London wth us a few times and didn't mind the noise, I just thought maybe it would be really loud lol.

weve not dined there yet but have booked for June. It looks very good

We ate there in December & loved it. The food was great.

We didn't have a reservation, it was about 2pm & were seated immediately. If you like the RFC then you will love T Rex.....it certainly isn't any louder, maybe even a bit quieter but all the same a great atmosphere. We are returning again in September.

We loved T Rex, we ate here at Xmas and much prefered it to RFC.
