Oh and, I'm having a hard time with the magnet paper in my printer. Does anyone have any tricks for making it work, or is it just my printer?

Sorry, I don't do "generic" or non-personalized stuff. On the design thread there has been so much theft of work, it kind of a consensus because it is abused. Email me, let me know what you're doing, I will consider it.

Hello All: We are the family ( I think ) that Chuck was speaking of. We just found out that we had extended break over Thanksgiving and worked like crazy over the last several days to join the cruise. We have have cruised with several of you before.

We are Wendy, DH (Larry) twin tower to Chuck and DD 12 (Lindsey)


We do realize we missed the cut off for FE, no problem at all, we realized that many have finished up... We have a few goodies that we will bring to share though.

Really looking forward to catching up over the next few days...

It will be great to see everyone....

I am wondering what the weather will be like on the cruise, does anyone have any predictions or previous history with this time of year. I am not sure how much warm clothes to pack. Since it is a cruise I really want to pack lots of sundresses and shorts!! But it is not exactly summer anymore!!

We lit a fire pit in our backyard tonight and it felt great!

Two weeks to go!! Have a great weekend everybody!!

Hi Melody-

Other than the crazy hurricane year of Katrina and Wilma, the weather is usually wonderful the week of Thanksgiving in the Caribbean!! St. Thomas and St. Maartin are warm and tropical. The outside weather at CC is also usually great!! However, we are weather wimps (living in Florida) and typically find the water weather at CC kinda chilly. It doesn't stop us from enjoying the beach, but we are a little jumpy when we first get in the water.

Thanks Lisa!! We are Florida wimps also, so I am happy to hear we can make the warm weather last a little bit longer!! This will help with my packing! Of course, if it is chilly, I am sure the stores will have some really cute stuff we can buy! For a very small price...

Hi!!! DO you know which TR?? I can search, but thought I would ask!!! I am so excited to be on this cruise! I am really in shock that it is TWO weeks from today!!!!

Glad to hear the weather is nice for being out in the sun and the beach at CCay... We experienced that snow storm over Halloween, and that was NOT in the cards, So I am really hoping that it won't be crazy weather for us!!!! crossing all my fingers and toes!!!

Just wanted to check, do we have one more family in the FE???

We are in cabin 2590 on the boat and we are
really happy about that.


On the last couple of Turkey Cruises the weather
was mild. The kids did not do too much swimming.

It was beautiful just not too hot.

We are also Florida wimps. I looked back at pictures of us from our last Thanksgiving cruise and we were in bathing suits on CC but with long sleeve shirts and hoodies for cover ups. I remember it being great during the day but a little breezy and chilly on deck, especially at night. So Mel I think if you pack what we are wearing for our current weather, with maybe a jacket for nights on deck, you'd be fine. I want to find room in my suitcase for my snuggie for sitting out on the verandah.

Lori... My laptop completely crashed this week. Can you please re-send the fish extender link as I cannot retrieve any of my saved emails from outlook. I have another laptop on its way but need to bring my old one to the geeksquad to retrieve my info to place on a jump drive to put into the new computer. Thanks!

And we have some extra Fish extender stuff too for Wendy and her family. We remember you from 2009 too!

the source is me and no i did not ask. I just asked what movies would be playing during our cruise. I didn't think to ask if they were in room. We are so excited for this cruise. Seriously all we are doing is relaxing. I have not booked one thing which is a first...we usually are booked up with excursions. We have done this cruise many of times and stayed two weeks in tortola and sailed to the different islands so we really are just taking this cruise to relax and enjoy some family time.

In room or in theater, I'm happy with that list. I was hoping for a prem-ear also of the Muppets. It would make sense since they are pumping that movie big time and it comes out while we are on it.

We finally booked excursions for our group. Under Two Flags in St. Maarten and the shopping excursion in St. Thomas. We really want to see the countries more than the beach. Plus, we are wimpy Floridians and I'd hate to pay for a water excursion where my children cry about it being too cold.

They typically do not list the prem-ears when you call.


They way if there is an issue they have not committed.

The trip report I read was the "October 8th Eastern with Photos and Navigators". It was great!! All of the Navigators and lots of neat photos of our future cruise. However, when I just tried to look at the report again it appears that something is wrong with their photobucket account. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved!
