System randomly goes back to previously read posts

Over the past week or so the board is taking me to posts I've previously read when I click on a thread. Sometimes it happens, like say 1 in 10, and other times not. Sometimes it takes me back several days, sometimes just a few hours. I've checked to see if someone has addeda like to the post, and that's not it. Any ideas?
