System Problems Anyone?

I started calling the AP hotline at 6:58, got in queu right at 7:00am - on hold about 20 minutes....Went to change my rate at AKL & CM had "system issues". She took my number & called me back after calling to check on the system. She said there was an issue with the code & would apply rate & call me back to confirm ressie change later today.
Did anyone else hit a systems issue this morning?

I did make a future ressie while waiting & am hopeful she will be able to get the rate for me.... but I am worried that so many other folks were getting the rate after I called while I was unable to get it.....

I got the same problem when trying to book the GF.

Just got my call back - Got AP rate for AKL std. savannah room - Had to upgrade from Pool view to savannah, but that's even better!

My sister and I both have been calling for about an hour and a half now. She finally got through and gave them both of our information. They are supposed to call us back. Should I just wait to hear back or should I call again? Have they called anyone back and how long did it take to receive the call?

I got my call back around 9:30 am. I disconnected with AP CM around 8:00 am. That was the second call back - the first time she had to call & find out what was wrong with the system. When she called back the first time, I made a December ressie while we waited to see if the system would take the rate - when it didn't, she took my cell which she called back in an hour and a half....

She went ahead & applied the rate to my ressie asap & then called me to let me know what we got (I gave a choice between views at AKL)

Great! Thanks for the info! She left our info about 9:15. So, I shouldn't give up just yet. If I don't hear anything by 11:00, I'll try again.
