I started calling the AP hotline at 6:58, got in queu right at 7:00am - on hold about 20 minutes....Went to change my rate at AKL & CM had "system issues". She took my number & called me back after calling to check on the system. She said there was an issue with the code & would apply rate & call me back to confirm ressie change later today.
Did anyone else hit a systems issue this morning?
I did make a future ressie while waiting & am hopeful she will be able to get the rate for me.... but I am worried that so many other folks were getting the rate after I called while I was unable to get it.....
