System lost FP+ & band customization

I had customized our Magicbands and made all our FP+ a couple of weeks ago. I double-checked when I was done and everything was correct. I received an email reminder to customize Magicbands (odd, since already done) and when I went in to check, sure enough one of our parties bands had lost all the custom changes and was back to grey. Fixed that. Went to view my FP+ and (you guessed it) all her FP+ reservations were gone and they all showed parties of 3 not 4.

Has anyone else had that problem? I guess I need to call and request them fixed? Not happy; nothing with this new on-line system has worked out very well for me. I added one night to the beginning of this reservation (with a cast member by phone) and spent two and a half hours on a second call trying to get our tickets and rooms corrected. It has taken way more of my time than I should to plan this vacation. Not feeling the Disney Magic right now. :(
 
I would call tech support and see what they can do. Be prepared to sit on the phone with them for awhile.....I have spent over 5 1/2 hours on the phone with them to get stuff fixed on my account (half of my account duplicated itself for no reason they could find). Good luck!

Yep. It's not the first time, either. I spend over 5 hours on the phone with tech support for my vacation last year as well. I am SO glad we are definitely NOT planning WDW next year!!
 

Maybe give it overnight and see if they come back? Where are you looking? I know the "My Reservations" page is horrible, things go in and out of there constantly. If you go into the Fastpass section and try to change the FPs (don't actually change anything but just look), is it just three people in there and are hers still missing? It is weird that her band went to grey at the same time. Was her ticket attached at all times?

I hope they come back, and if they don't I hope getting it fixed isn't too onerous.
 
Quick update, called and got thru quickly. The person I spoke to had no idea why it happened, but she was able to correct them all with the exception of 7DMT which she had to put the missing one 10 minutes earlier than our 3. No big deal there. And, here is the AMAZING PART, I was on the phone a total of 15 minutes. Better than I expected for sure!! They really need to exterminate some of the bugs in this system since we are being basically forced to use it to assure the things we really want (just my opinion as a long-time vacation planner). Feeling better :sunny:
 
Glad to hear you got it straightened out quickly. I had to call about an issue with our fp+ reservations and they were polite, efficient and got it taken care of in within minutes. This was only the 2nd time I've ever had to call, first time was trying to get my AP linked and that was my issue, not theirs. Both times I thought they handled everything very well.
