Just got back from a Pres. Day trip and wanted to warn people in advance. When I tried to check in at Royal Pacific, I was told that the system was down,a nd that I would have to come back in 20 min to get my room key (no guarantees on that time so I could've been waiting indefinitely.) I voiced my displeasure and asked why I couldn't get a temporary key. The receptionist told me that they didn't do that! However, her neighboring coworker interjected, "oh yes, we do."
So don't let them make you wait or turn you away because their computers are down. They can give you a temp key which can grant you front of line access at the parks so you can be on your merry little way while they try to get their computers back up!
