Has anyone used the Syracuse Airport? Is it easy to get to. We are coming from Cobourg...so heading east on the 401. Is it big? We will be taking Jet Blue from there in September to Disney?

We always fly out from Syracuse. We are in Ottawa and find it very easy to get to the airport. We go the night before and stay at the Best Western Airport Inn with their park and fly rate. I think it is about $140 but if we parked at the airport it would cost $10 per day anyway. This gives us the convenience of not having to get up at the crack of dawn, or worry about missing the flight because of weather or border delays.

It's a great airport.

It's very easy to get to from I-81 as you approach Syracuse. There are several hotels offering the park & fly option.

The airport itself is very small and easy to navigate. :thumbsup2

Loved Syracuse Airport. We drove down from Kingston on the same day as the flight and parked at the covered parking right across from the terminal. We flew JetBlue and the flight was great both ways. Having flown through many international airports I find Syracuse to be breeze.:thumbsup2

 Loved Syracuse Airport! Parking was easy. Everything went well. And this from someone who worried about it for months. :thumbsup2

We used the Holiday Inn Express Park n' Fly Package for $140. It was great- easy shuttle that goes 24hr., indoor pool, king size beds, and comp. breakfast in the morning. The airport itself is very small, so it is user friendly!
