Syndrome as a Villain

One of my fanfiction projects which is an Incredibles/Kingdom Hearts Crossover involves Syndrome having survived the end of the movie and becoming a facist-esque dictator of Metroville.

I happen to find Syndrome a very effective villain because of his utter lack of regard for human life.

I wonder if anyone with a creative bend has explored how Buddy Pine turned into Syndrome with character sketches or anything like that? That sounds like a neat exploration for fanfiction.
