I know they're during SWW only. Is there any way to see / hear from outside the parks or do we need to be in HS.

Pretty sure we can see Illuminations from near YC - but I'm guessing the music isn't piped anywhere? Is it any good to watch from outside of EPCOT?

You can view the SWW fireworks outside of the entrance gates and along the walkway that leads to the Boardwalk. You won't be able to hear the music, but if you start up a YouTube video of the fireworks at the moment the actual fireworks begin, you get a slightly delayed audio feed that way.

Do illuminations and SIS happen on the same night? We are arriving in a Sat night of SWW and I wanted to try and enjoy the fireworks from the boardwalk area. We've never seen Illuminations, so I'd really like to see both.

Also - I am assuming if we spend the day (Sunday) at EPCOT - it would be relatively simple to get to HS for the SIS. (Thinking maybe we watch Illuminations from outside the park / Boardwalk area on the night we arrive.

Thanks!

Symphony/SWW fireworks are Friday-Sunday at 9:45. So, you can watch Illuminations near the overpass to Epcot's International Gateway and then walk towards DHS.

Thanks! What time is Illuminations? (And thank you - sorry if this should be an easy Google).

Great view is from outside the park -
