Hi everyone we are staying at the Saratoga Springs Rresort the first night of our honeymoon, then moving over to the Beach Club Villas the rest of our stay. what is the best way to get from resort to resort with our luggage, because I know the buses don't transport from resort to resort and the boats do not allow luggage on them? can i have the Saratoga Springs Resort transport my luggage for me?

Yes, Saratoga will transport your luggage for you! :) Be sure to ask for specifics when you checkin and you can also add a notation to your reservation ahead of your arrival.

if they transfer our luggage will it be like the magical express where you never knwo what time your luggage will arive?

Kinda. I would expect to be without it until some time in the afternoon. Like around 3 or so.

You can call bell services at SSR when you are ready to check out and arrange for them to transfer your luggage to BCV, but your luggage won't show up at BCV until late afternoon. Also, you will need to call bell services at BCV when you want your luggage because it will not be automatically delivered to your room (like DME).

You can also take a taxi with your luggage to BCV and if your room isn't ready and leave it with bell services for the day.

Would be easiest to just go to a park and plan on arriving at BC and checking in later in the day. Bell Services will hold your luggage for you.

And just to add, OP is correct, you cannot take luggage on any Disney transportation like bus, boat or monorail.

We do split stays a lot & the luggage is very rarely at the 2nd resort before 3pm. Be sure to take with you anything you might need for the afternoon.

I have done many split stays. I always hand my bags to Bell Services early, around 7am. Then, I head to a park until early afternoon. I take the bus to the 'new' resort, get checked in. If it's DVC, the room is seldom ready.
I have never, ever had my bags delivered before 5pm...not once. And that has been even when transferring to a non-DVC resort. I have been able to get into my room, but had to wait for hours for my bags.
If you really want access to your bags, take a cab to BC from SSR. I figure that with the tip you are handing Bell Services when they take your bags, and then when you receive your bags, it's only a bit more for a cab!!!
