Switching resorts and maintaining FastPass+?

Update, canceled the original online and the FP are still there hopefully they will be in a few days.

I'm about to cancel one original reservation and can see both it and the new one on MDE.

Just checking, a week later are your fastpasses still there?

To update on this subject, our FP that were booked for a stay we no longer have booked on 8/24 are still there.
To refresh, we have a stay 8/27-31. I added a second booking for 8/24-27. Booked FP for the both.
Over 2 weeks ago I modified the 8/24-27 booking to 8/16-18. Leaving us with no resort stay for part of the FP we booked.
I've gotten 2 emails that they 8/24 FP will be canceled. They have not been
I've left them as a test to see just what happens.
I don't know if us having stays booked before and after the 24th have confused the system or if the fact that the confirmation number associated with the stay that was connected with the FP is still valid has confused it. But something has.
