Switching Hotels??

Does anyone know if you can switch hotels if you have already paid for your stay? I"ve booked w/ AAA..and I'm now looking @ the Contemporary Resort..w/ the location and easy access to park. We are booked for COR...now.
This will be our honeymoon...so any suggestions on if this is a good move?? Or will the buses run..from COR..where it's not worth the extra money to go to Contemporary Resort?

I can't imagine why not as long as there they have rooms available. Call CRO just to be sure.
