Switching hotels w/ a crib (ABBF)?

We are going to Disney and staying the the WLV. Our friends are staying at Coronado the 1st couple of days free due to his convention. They wanted to move to our hotel later (we're renting them pts) so we can be close together but they're concerned about the crib.

Has anyone done this. I guess they would have to tear down and box it and then set it up again.
