We are here on the DxDDP and switch to the QSDP on Saturday. Do we have to use up the remainder of our DxDDP entitlements before we "check in" and receive our QSDP entitlements or will we be able to use both for that one day?

You will be able to use your deluxe credits until midnight on check out day and start using your quick service credits that same day you check in for the second resort.

You can use both for that one day, but you do need to check in before your QSDP credits are available. If you use a QS before your DxDDP credits are gone, just be sure they are deducting a QS credit and not one from your DxDDP plan. This might get messed up, so you may want to get a print out from your check-out hotel with what exactly is left on your plan. If they do make a mistake and you have no credits left for your Dx meal, just charge the DxDDP meal to your room and get guest services at the resort to fix it.

You won't be able to use QS credits before the new Deluxe credits. This is the one scenario where switching plans on a split stay won't work out for you. Since deluxe credits are valid at counter service restaurants, those credits will be used first.

OK, breakfast will be OOP then. Glad I read this before I used them! Thanks!
