Switching appointments at BBB

I booked DD and DS each for a session at BBB at the same time. DD is getting the Castle Package and DD the Royal Night Package, both are 45 minutes long. We are traveling with another family with a DD same age as my daughter and when her mom went to book an appointment around the same time, she didn't click the confirm button and lost the appointment. Now, I'd like to let this other little girl take my son's appointment so the 2 girls can go together (both do Castle Package). I tried calling DCL and they said the only way to do is to cancel DS appintment and rebook the second Castle Package, but that would risk losing that time slot. Would we be able to switch my DS for the other DD the day of? Our girls were looking forward to going together and the only other availability that day isn't unitl the evening which is too late. DS is only 4 and could care less if he does the knight package.

I had to change the costume my dd wanted for her appointment and to do that had to cancel her previous one and rebook! I got the same time as my pervious appointment! I did this only yesterday! I'm sure cancelling ur ds appointment and booking the other little girls the same way won't be a problem! Good luck!

I would do the switch onboard too. Not worth the risk of losing your time slot.

You could have changed this onboard as well. The main thing is the time. Not worth chancing losing the slot IMO.
