I don't have a swiss fudge recipe, but here is my family's favorite:
PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
1 ½ cups of granulated sugar
½ cup butter
1-5oz container of evaporated milk
1-7oz jar of marshmallow fluff
½ tsp of vanilla extract
¾ of an 18oz peanut butter container
In a large pan mix sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Heat on medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a soft boil (240 degrees if using a candy thermometer) or until it comes to a consistent boil and then for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat stir in marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Pour into a greased pan.
