It depends on the day. We were in WDW in Dec of 2005. Some days were warm enough for swimming and some days weren't. I think the weather can vary a lot at that time of year. I remember that some days we wore shorts and T-shirts and other days we wore jeans, sweatshirts, and jackets.
We were there this past December 8-14. It was warm enough to swim everyday, but I think the weather was warmer than normal for that time of year. It was in the 80's every day.
We were just there and DD and DH swam four or five times over the course of the week. Just be prepared to bundle up after getting out of the heated pool!
We were there the 12/12 to 12/18. The beginning of the week was in the 80's, later that week there were mornings inthe 30's and the temps didn't get much above 60. December weather is really all over the place...do what I did - pack your bathing suits and hats and gloves. We used both.
Like the others have said, it depends on the weather. Our first day there in '06 was 90+ degrees and then a cold front came through and it didn't make it above mid 50's the rest of the week.
It depends, one day it was 80, the next it was low 50's and rain, by the end of the week it had freeze warnings.
We are from MI, so if it isnt freezing we swim. The pools were emptier, people werent too eager when it was 60 degrees!
