Swimming at WBC before check-in?

We are staying at WBC with another family (rented through Ken Price). My name is on the reservation, so I think I have to be the one to check-in. If the other family gets there first, would it be possible for them to go to the pool area? Is there a bathroom they could change in? We're just trying to coordinate our arrival times and it looks like they will get there about 2 hours before us.

On the flip side...can we continue to use the pool on check-out day after we check out?

Yes there are bathrooms near the pools that you may change in between building 5 and 6 and building 1. You may use the ammenities up untill 11pm on your check out day>

The bathrooms in the Activities Building (next to the Main Check in Building)
are large and have showers.

IIRC ... a key is not needed to enter pool / gate but a key is needed to access your Tower / Suite.
